About the role

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and venues to secure bookings and ensure smooth operations.

Manage budgets effectively, keeping track of expenses and maintaining cost efficiency.

Handle any unforeseen issues or emergencies during tours, such as schedule changes or client needs.

Offer guidance and engaging commentary during tours to enhance the overall experience.

Monitor client satisfaction and gather feedback to improve future tours.​​

Qualifications and Skills

Proven experience as a Tour Manager or in a similar role.

Strong organisational and time-management skills.

Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.

Proficiency in budgeting and financial planning.

Familiarity with travel booking platforms and technology.

Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

Multilingual skills are a plus.
